Bio

Our fast-paced culture does not leave a great deal of time for self–nurturance. I approach my work as an opportunity to provide my clients the time and space for this important component of wellness. The work that I do is about helping my clients to cultivate their individual beauty, and also to provide an experience away from daily rigors to relax, heal, and refresh. I have been a stylist for over 20 years and specialize in women’s haircuts. I enjoy working with both fine, thick, or curly hair textures. I believe in the importance of using natural products that are better for people and the planet. Many of my clients have sensitivities to environmental chemicals. The products that I use are natural and safe. My hair color is of the highest quality and ammonia free. I have a general interest in health and healing. I have done studies in western herbalism and enjoy making my own herbal medicine. I am currently a student at NWHSU in the Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine program. I am looking forward to adding acupuncture, cupping, and herbal consultations to my menu of services in the future. I consider myself a lifelong learner. It is my wish to use my educational experiences to help those around me in the ways that I am best able to.
